He was born on the moon Proteus and takes orders from Guardian Neptune and helps protect the planet while Sailor Neptune/Princess Neptune is away, Even though he was born on Proteus he currently resides at Marine Tower but goes back and forth to 'Triton Castle" he's a royal guard there hence the gold he wears

He's a very kind individual but that all can change when the planet Neptune and it's Princess needs protecting,
